Without forgetting any of the other imagery I have been using in connection with the body, I am going to start bringing in a bit more.
The second element which I have seen in the media that has links with fairy tales is definitely animals (and nature).
The stories themselves are often set in the forest with lots of woodland creatures.
Some beautiful creative things can be made with inspiring artists I have found, who incorporate animals. I will do some work in their style, then cross them over with previous work.
Contrasting and Juxtaposing.

by contrasting different imagery it creates surreal pieces which work well in bringing together opposite, allowing beautiful illustration.
